أظهر تقرير شهري لجمعية مصارف لبنان ان الدين العام للدولة اللبنانية وصل في نهاية شهر كانون الاول الماضي الى 53.6 مليار دولار مقابل 52.6 مليار دولار في نهاية عام 2010 اي بارتفاع مليار دولار في عام واحد.

وكان الدين العام للدولة بلغ في نهاية عام 2010 بحدود 52.6 مليار دولار بينما كان بلغ عام 2009 بحدود 51.1 مليار دولار. وكان الدين العام للدولة وصل عام 2008 الى 47 مليار دولار بزيادة 5 مليارات دولار عن عام 2007. وكان الدين العام للدولة سجل 42 مليار دولار في نهاية عام 2007 .

وسجل الدين اللبناني في نهاية عام 2006 بحدود 40.4 مليار دولار .
