قالت المتحدثة باسم وزارة الخارجية الأميركية فيكتوريا نولاند في مؤتمرها
الصحافي اليومي أن "واشنطن تواصل الحوار على كل المستويات مع الروس، أـكان
في موسكو او في نيويورك، اما بشأن المساعدات الانسانية فقد حصل تحسن خلال
الساعات الـ24 الاخيرة في تصريحات وزارة الخارجية الروسية".
