فسخت الهيئة الاتهامية في بيروت برئاسة القاضية ندى دكروب قرار قاضي
التحقيق الاول في بيروت غسان عويدات تخلية الموقوفين مالكي المبنى المنهار
في فسوح كلود وميشال سعادة وابقتهما موقوفين.
وكان القاضي عويدات قرر تخليتهما مقابل كفالة مالية قدرها 40 مليون ليرة لكل منهما.
