الادعاء على موقوفين بجرم التعامل مع العدو Empty الادعاء على موقوفين بجرم التعامل مع العدو

ادعى مفوض الحكومة لدى المحكمة العسكرية على الموقوفين شوقي .ز ووليد .ق في
جرم التعامل مع العدو الاسرائيلي، سندا الى المادة 278 عقوبات، وهي تنص
على عقوبة الاشغال الشاقة الموقتة.
اشارة الى ان الموقوفين موظفان من وزارة الاتصالات وشركة "اوجيرو".
